# SQL Server Estate Governance

Govern a plain SQL Server estate, same connector, same T-SQL extract.

The Fabric connector's extract shape is ANSI T-SQL INFORMATION_SCHEMA, so plain SQL Server estates work through the same connector: no Fabric required. PK/FK constraint rows become uniqueness checks and governed references, key-shaped columns with no declared key are flagged (key-column-undeclared, relationship intent invisible to tools), and because T-SQL's information_schema carries no descriptions (extended properties are not extracted, recorded once as descriptions-not-extracted), the governed graph becomes the estate's documentation home.
